sitour's international advertising network continues to grow: from the 2026/27 winter season, feratel Switzerland is expanding its out-of-home portfolio with attractive advertising spaces in one of Switzerland's best-known tourist destinations. As part of a new advertising partnership with Schilthornbahn AG, feratel Switzerland is taking over the exclusive marketing of selected advertising locations in the newly constructed station buildings of the Schilthornbahn 20XX.
With the Schilthorn at an altitude of 2,970 meters, the sitour advertising network gains another premium location with international appeal. The destination in the Bernese Oberland is one of the best-known excursion destinations in Switzerland and attracts guests from Switzerland and abroad all year round. The Schilthorn gained worldwide fame as the filming location for the James Bond classic "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" and is still closely associated with the "Piz Gloria" brand today.
The new advertising opportunities are part of the comprehensive modernization of the Schilthorn cable car. All valley, middle and mountain stations have been rebuilt and will be opened in stages by spring 2026. In future, national and international brands will have access to eye-catching large advertising spaces at and in the highly frequented station areas.
